Our sustainability superhero, Sylvia, has donated not just one but two of her bespoke accessories made from recycled materials, including bike inner tubes, swimming pools and life rafts!

These robust bags and pouches are made from worn bicycle inner tubes and have a distinctly urban look. Lined with broken umbrellas and tents and topped with boldly coloured trims, they make a practical yet stylish statement that being eco-friendly can be a world away from beige.

It is a small cross-body bag with four pockets: an outer zippered pocket tucked behind a storm flap on one face, a standard zippered pocket on the other face, plus inside, there’s a slide pocket and a main compartment. Made from bicycle inner tube (front & back), life raft/life jacket or bouncy castle factory offcuts (all around the sides), and factory offcuts (lining) from a small London-based upmarket umbrella factory.
